The consulting takes four forms
1. Feedback and Suggestions
Gary Hoag can provide feedback and suggestions (as needed) for you or your leadership team. Questions and Answers: I ask questions in order to discern how to best aid you. You get answers and counsel in areas you are seeking advice.
2. Executive Coaching
Gary Hoag also offers on-going support so you get timely, strategic advice counsel for your life and leadership. Journey Together: You’ll have reading assignments, work through a monthly agenda, and be challenged to grow from where you are to where you want you to go.
3. Program Assessment
Gary Hoag will come evaluate your staff and systems and offer ideas for growth in encouraging financial sustainability Site Visit: This service entails research, interviews, data analysis and discussion face-to-face. Assessments include a full or short report within two weeks of site visit.
4. Discerning direction
Gary Hoag can help you and/or your team/board to clarify responsibilities and roles linked to financial sustainability. Meetings and Retreats: Discern your activities as a team or board and the role of staff to rally ongoing support for your NGO.
